Important: Please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge date to avoid being billed for the next shipment.
Step-by-Step Guide to Canceling
Follow these quick steps to immediately stop all future recurring orders for your subscription:
1. Access Your Customer Portal

Go to the eightbillion.com website and click on the Account icon or Log In button (usually in the header).

Log in using the email address and password associated with your subscription.

Once logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions,".
2. Select the Subscription to Cancel

On the main page of your customer portal, you will see a list of your Active Subscriptions.

Find the subscription product you wish to cancel (e.g., JostArriba Coffee) and click the "Edit" or "Manage" button next to it.
3. Initiate the Cancellation

On the subscription detail page, look for the "Cancel Subscription" link or button (this is usually near the bottom of the page).

Click "Cancel Subscription."
4. Provide a Reason and Confirm

The system may ask you to select a brief cancellation reason (this helps us improve!).
After selecting a reason, click the final "Confirm Cancellation" or "Cancel My Subscription" button.
5. Look for Confirmation

Your subscription status will instantly change to "Cancelled" in your portal.

You should receive an email confirmation from Eightbillion (or Recharge) confirming that all future charges and shipments have been stopped.
