How To Cancel Your Subscription

We're sorry to see you go! Because we offer no-commitment subscriptions, you can easily cancel your recurring orders at any time right through your self-service customer portal.

Important: Please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge date to avoid being billed for the next shipment.


 

Step-by-Step Guide to Canceling

Follow these quick steps to immediately stop all future recurring orders for your subscription:

1. Access Your Customer Portal

  • Go to the eightbillion.com website and click on the Account icon or Log In button (usually in the header).

  • Log in using the email address and password associated with your subscription.

  • Once logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions,".

2. Select the Subscription to Cancel

  • On the main page of your customer portal, you will see a list of your Active Subscriptions.

  • Find the subscription product you wish to cancel (e.g., JostArriba Coffee) and click the "Edit" or "Manage" button next to it.

3. Initiate the Cancellation

  • On the subscription detail page, look for the "Cancel Subscription" link or button (this is usually near the bottom of the page).

  • Click "Cancel Subscription."

4. Provide a Reason and Confirm

  • The system may ask you to select a brief cancellation reason (this helps us improve!).

    After selecting a reason, click the final "Confirm Cancellation" or "Cancel My Subscription" button.

5. Look for Confirmation

  • Your subscription status will instantly change to "Cancelled" in your portal.

  • You should receive an email confirmation from Eightbillion (or Recharge) confirming that all future charges and shipments have been stopped.
