Delaying your order allows you to choose a new, specific date for your next charge, without affecting the regular frequency of your future deliveries.
Step-by-Step Guide to Delaying Your Shipment
Follow these instructions to move your next scheduled order to a later date:
1. Access Your Customer Portal

Go to the eightbillion.com website and click on the Account icon or Log In link (usually found at the top of the page).

Log in using your email address and password.

Once in your Account Dashboard, click on "Manage Subscriptions," or the direct link to your subscriptions.
2. Select the Subscription to Delay

In the Customer Portal, locate the subscription product you want to delay.

Click on the "Edit" or "Manage" button next to that subscription.
3. Change the Next Order Date

On the subscription detail page, look for the current "Next Charge Date" or "Next Order Date."

You should see an option to "Reschedule".
Click on the current date, and a calendar tool will appear.
4. Choose Your New Date

Select the new date on the calendar that you would like your next shipment to be processed and charged.

Select a date that is later than your current scheduled date.

5. Confirm the Reschedule

Review the change and click "Reschedule" or "Save Changes" to confirm.
What Happens Next?

Immediate Change: Your next scheduled charge date will be immediately updated to the date you selected.

Future Orders: The orders that follow the delayed one will automatically adjust to maintain your original delivery frequency.

For example, if you normally get a delivery every 30 days and you delay your next order by 10 days, all subsequent orders will also be pushed back by 10 days.

Confirmation: You will receive an email from Eightbillion confirming that your next shipment date has been successfully moved.
