Here is how to purchase a gift for someone else, and what they need to do to redeem it.
For the Giver (How to Send a Gift)
Sending a subscription is easy and can be scheduled in advance. Follow these steps on the gifting page:
1. Choose the Subscription Length Select how long you would like the gift to last. You will see options for different durations and serving sizes, such as:

1 year (with 13 or 26 servings per month)

Note: This is a one-time prepaid purchase for you. You will not be charged monthly.
2. Enter Recipient Information Fill out the details for the person receiving the gift:

Name: Enter their First and Last name.

Email: Double-check this! This is where their gift redemption link will be sent.

Message: Write a personal note to let them know why you are gifting them better health.
3. Schedule the Notification You can buy the gift now but send it later! Under "When should we tell the recipient about their gift?", use the date selector to choose the exact day they will receive the email (e.g., on their birthday or Christmas morning).
4. Add to Cart & Checkout Click Add to Cart and proceed through checkout as normal using your own billing details.
For the Recipient (How to Redeem)
If you have received a gift subscription, lucky you! Here is how to activate it and get your first shipment moving.
1. Check Your Email On the scheduled delivery date, look for an email from us with the subject line regarding your gift.

Tip: Check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it.
2. Click the Redemption Link Inside the email, there is a unique link to claim your gift. Click it to be taken to our secure portal.
3. Enter Your Shipping Details Since the giver has already paid for the subscription, you will not be charged. However, you must complete the setup process to:

Create your account.

Enter your preferred shipping address (so we know where to send the coffee!).

Confirm your subscription activation.
Once redeemed, your first order will be processed immediately, and your subsequent shipments will arrive automatically based on the schedule the giver selected. Enjoy!
