How to Manage Your JostArriba Subscription (Pause, Skip, or Cancel)

Welcome to your JostArriba subscription! We know life can be unpredictable, which is why we’ve designed our subscription experience to be entirely in your control. Whether you are traveling, have overstock at home, or just need to take a break, managing your deliveries through our Recharge portal on Shopify is quick and seamless.

Follow these steps to ensure your subscription payments and deliveries continue exactly how you want them to:

1. Access Your Customer Portal

  • Go to the eightbillion.com website and click on the Account icon or Log In button (usually located in the header).

  • Log in using the email address and password associated with your subscription.

  • Once logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions," "Subscription Management," or a similar link to enter the Recharge portal.

2. How to Skip an Upcoming Order

If you just need to miss a single upcoming delivery but want to keep your overall plan active, skipping is your best option.

  • From your customer portal, navigate to the Subscriptions tab.

  • Click on your active JostArriba subscription.

  • Under the "Upcoming order" section, click the Skip button.

  • In the confirmation dialog, click Skip again to confirm. A banner will display to confirm your next order has been successfully skipped.

3. How to Pause Your Subscription

If you need a longer, more indefinite break but want to keep the option to return without setting everything up again, you should pause your subscription.

  • In your Subscriptions tab, click on the subscription you want to pause.

  • Under the "Overview" section, click Pause subscription.

  • Depending on your account settings, you may be prompted to select a pause duration, such as by the Day, Week, or Month.

  • Click Pause subscription to finalize your choice. You will not receive any further charges or deliveries until you choose to resume.

4. How to Edit Shipping or Payment Details

Moving or got a new credit card? You can easily update your details to avoid delivery interruptions.

  • To change your address: Click on your active subscription, find the "Overview" section, and click the pencil icon next to Shipping address. Enter your new details and click Save.

  • To update payment: From your main portal menu, you can also select options to edit or add new payment details directly to your account.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

If you no longer want to receive JostArriba on an automated plan, you can easily cancel. Please note that canceling ends your billing and delivery immediately and cannot be undone.

  • Navigate to your Subscriptions tab and select the subscription you wish to end.

  • Under the overview, click Cancel subscription.

  • You might be prompted with a final option to simply pause your subscription instead. If you are certain you want to cancel, proceed by clicking Cancel subscription in the confirmation dialog.
