How To Skip A Subscription Shipment

We know life gets busy! If you have too much product on hand or are going on vacation, you can easily skip your next scheduled subscription delivery right from your customer portal.

 


 

Step-by-Step Guide to Skipping a Shipment

Follow these simple steps to skip your next upcoming order. Your subscription will remain active, and deliveries will resume with the following scheduled charge date.

1. Access Your Customer Portal

  • Go to the eightbillion.com website and click on the Account icon or Log In button (usually found in the header or footer).

  • Log in using your email address and password.

    • If you haven't logged in before, you may need to click "Create Account" or "Sign Up" and use the email address associated with your subscription.

2. Navigate to Your Subscriptions

  • Once logged in, you should see your Account Dashboard.

    Click on "View or manage order" or "Manage subscriptions". This will take you to your Recharge customer portal.

3. Locate Your Next Shipment

  • In the customer portal, you will see a list of your active subscriptions and upcoming orders.

  • Look for the specific subscription product you want to adjust.

4. Skip the Order

  • Option A: Skip Next Delivery Button (Most Common)

    • On the main subscription page, you will usually see a button or link that says "Skip" next to the upcoming delivery date.

    • Click this button.

  • Option B: Delivery Schedule (If you have multiple upcoming orders)

    • Look for the "Delivery Schedule" tab or link.

    • Find the specific date you want to skip and click the "Skip" button next to that date.

5. Confirm the Action

  • The system will ask you to confirm that you want to skip this one order.

  • Confirm your choice.


 

What Happens Next?

  • Your Next Charge Date: Your skipped order date will be removed, and your subscription will automatically move the next scheduled charge date forward according to your set frequency (e.g., if you skipped a June 15th order that was set for every 30 days, your new next charge date will automatically become July 15th).

  • Confirmation: You should receive an email confirmation from Eightbillion confirming that your next shipment has been skipped.
