How To Track Your Order

We know you're excited to get your Eightbillion products! Here’s the fastest way to find your tracking information and check the delivery status of your order.


 

Step 1: Check Your Email for the Shipping Confirmation

 

The easiest way to track your package is through the email notification sent when your order officially ships (this is separate from your initial "Order Confirmation" email).

  1. Search Your Inbox: Search your email for a message from Eightbillion with the subject line containing "Shipment Confirmation" or "Your Eightbillion order has shipped."

  2. Find the Tracking Number: Inside this email, you will find your carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) and a Tracking Number with a direct link to the carrier's website.

  3. Click the Link: Click the link to see the most up-to-date delivery estimate from the shipping carrier.


 

Step 2: Track Through Your Customer Portal

 

If you can't find the email, your tracking information is also stored in your self-service account portal.

  1. Access Your Portal: Go to the eightbillion.com website and click on the Account or Log In button.

  2. View Order History: Log in and click on "Manage Subscriptions."

  3. Find the Order: Navigate to the "Order History" tab.

  4. Get Tracking: Click on the specific order number you wish to track. The tracking number and a link to the carrier's website will be displayed on the order detail page.


 

💡 Understanding Your Shipping Timeline

 

Status What It Means
Processing / Queued Your order has been placed and is waiting for the next charge date (for subscriptions) or is being prepared for fulfillment.
Shipped The order has left our warehouse, and the tracking link is now active.
Delivered The package has reached its destination.

Processing Time: Once your subscription is charged, it typically takes 1–3 business days to process, pack, and ship your order. Tracking information will only become active after the package has been picked up by the carrier.
