How To Update Your Delivery Address

Whether you've moved, are on vacation, or just need to change where your next shipment goes, you can easily update your subscription delivery address through your self-service customer portal.

Important: Please update your address at least 48 hours before your next scheduled charge date. Once an order is processed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

 


 

Step-by-Step Guide to Changing Your Address

 

Follow these steps to ensure your next Eightbillion delivery goes to the correct location:

1. Access Your Customer Portal

  • Go to the eightbillion.com website and click on the Account or Log In button.

  • Log in using your email address and password.

  • Once logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions" or the link to your subscriptions to enter the Recharge portal.

2. Navigate to Address Management

  • In the customer portal, look for the "Address & Payment details" tab/section.

  • You will see the current address(es) associated with your subscriptions.

3. Edit the Current Address or Add a New One

You have two options:

  • To Edit an Existing Address: Click the "Edit" button next to the address you wish to change. Update the street address, city, state, or zip code, then click "Save."

  • To Add a New Address: Click "Add New Address." Enter the full shipping details for the new location, then click "Save."

4. Assign the New Address to Your Subscription

  • Crucial Step: Once the address is saved, you need to link it to your active subscription.

  • Navigate back to the "Subscriptions" tab.

  • Click "Edit" or "Manage" next to the subscription product you want to change.

  • On the subscription details page, look for the "Shipping Address" section.

  • Use the drop-down menu to select the newly edited or added address.

  • Click "Save Changes" to confirm the update.

Your next scheduled order will now ship to the updated address.


 

💡 Note on Multiple Subscriptions

 

If you have multiple subscriptions (e.g., two different products), you will need to perform Step 4 for each subscription to ensure they all ship to the same new location.
