Understanding Your Billing Cycle

Understanding when you'll be charged and when your order will ship is key to a smooth subscription experience!

Key Difference: Charge Date vs. Shipment Date

It's important to remember that the date listed in your portal is the Charge Date (when your card is billed), not the exact date the package arrives at your door.

Event Definition Timing
Charge Date (Renewal Date) The day your credit card is automatically billed for your upcoming order. This date is fixed based on the frequency you chose (e.g., every 30 days) and is displayed in your Customer Portal.
Shipment Date The day your package is processed, packed, and picked up by the shipping carrier. This usually happens 1–3 business days after your Charge Date.
Delivery Date The date the carrier drops the package off at your door. This varies based on the carrier and your location, typically 3–7 business days after the Charge Date.

How to Find Your Next Charge Date

Your most reliable source for your next billing date is always your Customer Portal:

  1. Log In: Go to the eightbillion.com website and log into your account.

  2. Manage Subscriptions: Click on "Manage Subscriptions."

  3. Check the Date: Your upcoming charge is clearly listed on the main page next to your product under "Next Charge Date" or "Next Order Date."
