Update Your Payment Information

If your credit card has expired, been replaced, or a payment has failed, you can easily update your payment details right in your Eightbillion customer portal, powered by Recharge.

It's important to update your payment method before your next scheduled charge date to ensure your order ships on time.


 

Step-by-Step Guide to Updating Your Card

Follow these steps to ensure your subscription payments continue seamlessly:

1. Access Your Customer Portal

  • Go to the eightbillion.com website and click on the Account icon or Log In button (usually in the header).

  • Log in using the email address and password associated with your subscription.

  • Once logged in, click on "Manage Subscriptions," "Subscription Management," or a similar link to enter the Recharge portal.

2. Navigate to Billing Information

  • On the main page of your customer portal, look for the "Address & Payment details" tab or section.

  • Click on it to see the currently stored payment methods.

3. Update or Replace Your Card

  • To update an existing card (e.g., refreshing an expiration date or CVV), click "Edit" next to the card you wish to change.

  • To add a brand new card, click "Add New Payment Method."

  • Enter the new card number, expiration date, and security code.

4. Apply the New Card to Your Subscriptions

  • Crucial Step: After saving the new payment method, you must assign it to your active subscriptions.

  • The portal should ask you if you want to apply the new card to your subscriptions. Select Yes.

  • If it doesn't automatically prompt you, go back to your "Subscriptions" list, click "Edit" on each active subscription, and select the newly added card from the payment drop-down menu.

5. Process Failed Orders (If applicable)

  • If you were prompted to update your card because of a failed payment, once the new card is saved and applied, you may see a button to "Retry Payment" or "Process Order Now." Click this to ensure your overdue order is fulfilled immediately.

Yes. Your payment information is stored securely and our payment processor. Eightbillion never has direct access to your full credit card number. This system ensures your financial data is protected under industry standards (PCI compliance).
