Refund policy

Valuing customer satisfaction and protecting our planet are our top priorities. We strive to deliver only the best products made with high-quality and sustainably sourced natural ingredients that aim to boost the immune system, reduce stress and promote overall health. When a customer does not satisfy or has a problem with a product they bought from us, we take it seriously and will do whatever is appropriate to put things right for them. Our customer service team will provide a replacement product or a refund. 

The following statement appears on all receipts and on the Eightbillion.com website: 

"Please keep your receipt... and we will happily give you 100% money back or exchange if you do not love your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please email us a copy of your proof of purchase and the reason why you are not satisfied with our product at hello@eightbillion.com. Once approved, your full refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.” 

Our customer service team is also available to help resolve complaints for our customers. There is time and cost in handling complaints and we require our suppliers and subcontractors to contribute to these costs in cases where the products they supplied are involved. These charges represent a fair contribution towards the total time and cost in handling a complaint plus the full amount of any customer refund and/or compensation paid. 

Suppliers and subcontractors will receive a monthly invoice showing details of any charges raised in relation to customer complaints, if any.
